1. Pick Up Locations. 

Ala Moana Hotel, Ilikai Hotel, Army Museum Bus Stop, Ross (Seaside Avenue), Hyatt Regency, Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel, Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort, Queen Kapiolani Hotel.

 

2. Children's Price.

    A. Children under 3 years old - no charge

    B. Children between 4 and 12 years old - 50% off

    C. 13 and older - full charge

 

3. Children must be at least 3 years old and require their own reserved seat on the bus. Children between 3 and 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at least age of 21.

 

4. Cancellation Policy.

If you need to change the itinerary or cancel, please call or email no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure of the trip in order to receive the full refund. Absolutely no refund for the no-show customers.

5. If the trip is cancelled due to a natural disaster (inclement weather, tsunami, etc..), we will issue a full refund or reschedule the tour.

 

6. We provide complimentary ice water, soda, and snorkeling gear (depends on the weather condition)

 

7. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited by the law of the State of Hawaii.
